In our view it's quite clear: teams and organisations don't transform - people do. Organisations and teams only create breakthroughs in performance if their people do first and this requires three distinct types of conversation: conversations for increasing awareness, conversations for making powerful choices and conversations for committed action. Aspira offers personal coaching and development services structured around these three core conversations either one on one or as part of group learning programs. Teams form the base unit of organisational culture and so can be powerful leaders of and catalysts for cultural change. We work with teams at various stages of their lifecycle (forming, storming, norming, performing and mourning) to discover opportunities and barriers to generating outstanding performance. Based on this, we design and deliver interventions to focus on high leverage areas (typically with a focus on relationships or task). Single point interventions are enhanced by periodic or ad-hoc follow ups to maintain and extend earlier ground gained.
